Maintenance & Repairs
Licensed trades limitation: Bondys performs only minor maintenance tasks that do not require a licensed trade. Electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other regulated work will always be carried out by appropriately licensed contractors.

Emergency & After-Hours
Emergency response coordination After-hours response to building emergencies — hot water outages, power failures, sewer blockages, water supply issues, fire alarms, and lift failures. Complementing the Strata Manager, Trades and Specialists
Bondys provides operational building management alongside the strata manager — not replacing their statutory responsibilities. Findings, recommendations, and contractor activity are reported to the strata manager and/or committee for instruction.

Bondys does not provide structural engineering, legal advice, strata management duties, financial administration, levy collection, meeting administration, or licensed trade work. Where specialist services are required, Bondys will coordinate the appropriate licensed professional.
