All rates are inclusive of GST.

The standard hourly rate for all Bondys services is $88.00/hr. The category of service determines how that rate is applied and what minimum charge applies.

Meeting Attendance

Owners Corporation meetings attended as building manager. Rate depends on when the meeting is held.

Travel Time

Our prices are set for buildings within 30 minutes of Miranda Post Office. No travel charge applies within this zone.

If your building is outside that range, travel time beyond 30 minutes is charged at the applicable hourly rate — we’re happy to discuss this with you before any work begins.

Example Building is 45 minutes from Miranda. Extra travel time = 15 minutes each way. Charge = 30 minutes at the applicable hourly rate.

Travel time applies to all service categories including after-hours.

Pre-Purchase Hour Blocks

Pre-purchase hours at a discounted rate.
Discount applies to the standard daytime rate only — after-hours rates are not discounted.
Unused hours do not expire.

Top up at any time at the same block rate. Hours are drawn down as work is completed and shown on your timesheet.

At Cost & Subscription Items

Passed Through at Cost

No margin is applied to the following items. They are charged at the actual price paid.

  • Materials (minor repairs) — consumables and small parts used on the job
  • Printing & laminating — notices and building documents posted on site
Subscription Items

Monthly subscriptions available as optional add-ons.

  • BMS access — $22.00/month per building
    Asset register, maintenance tracking, compliance reminders, reporting
  • Building online portal — from $8.80/month
    Dedicated building website for residents, owners, and strata manager

Payment Terms

Invoiced monthly in arrears. A detailed timesheet is provided with each invoice.

Payment due within 30 days of invoice date.

Prices accurate as at 13 March 2026 and are subject to change from time to time with notice to the building owner.
