Bondys Asset Services provides specialist building management for building owners and Owners Corporations. We bring small and medium buildings the attentive, expert care usually reserved for larger complexes — at a price that’s sensible and scaled to your building’s size.
The business is operated by Gavan Bond, Director of Bond Holdings Pty Ltd. Gavan brings extensive, high-profile Building and Facilities Management experience — in addition to three years as a Senior Strata Manager and several Operations Manager roles in the plumbing services industry. He is hands-on across the full scope of what Bondys delivers, and when you work with Bondys, you get direct access to the person doing the work.
We focus on small to medium residential buildings — typically 3 to 80 units — in the Sutherland Shire and St George area.

Our Service Area
We primarily serve buildings within 30 minutes of Miranda. For buildings outside that range, contact us — travel time beyond 30 minutes is charged at the standard hourly rate.
